What a partnership actually looks like

    We look at your week

    Which nights are quiet, who already comes in, and what the room can hold. No format is chosen before this.

  2. 02

    We propose three formats

    One safe, one interesting, one ambitious — the same three-option method we use with every client, so you are choosing which, not whether.

  3. 03

    We run one as a trial

    A single night, priced as a one-off. If the room does not respond, nobody is locked into anything.

  4. 04

    It becomes a residency

    A recurring slot on a set night, with the terms agreed up front and reviewed against what it actually earns.

What we bring

  • The format — chosen for your room and your regulars, from a bank of fifty-four.
  • The bar — staff, kit, glassware and the drinks list, built and run by us.
  • The crowd — ticketing, the guest list and the turnout on the night.

What you bring

  • The room, the licence, and the hours you want filled.

You keep your licence, your staff and your rules. We work inside them.

The split

Being finalised We are not going to publish a number we have not agreed internally, and we are not going to write “let’s discuss” and call that terms. Ask us and you will get the actual split, in writing, before anything is signed.

The precedent

Trivia Night at The Velvet Affair, Tai Seng, on 17 July 2026 — ticketed, hosted and poured by us, on a ten-dollar mix-and-match bar. We brought the format, the staff and the room full of people. The venue brought the room.
