The site
Everything on this site is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Menus, packages and availability are indicative. Photographs show past events and are not a promise that any particular drink, format or setup will be available for yours.
Quotes and estimates
Any figure produced by the estimator on this site is indicative only. It is not an offer, not a quotation, and not binding on either of us. A price becomes binding only when it is set out in a written proposal from us and accepted by you.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking and does not hold a date. We aim to reply as stated on the enquiry page. A date is held only once we confirm it in writing.
Bookings
Event bookings are governed by the written agreement for that event, which prevails over anything on this site if the two differ. That agreement sets out the deposit, the balance date, what is included, and what happens if the event is cancelled or postponed.
Deposit, cancellation and postponement terms are being finalised to match our event agreements and will be stated here.
Ordering at an event
Where we run ordering at an event, you place an order against a table number and pay by PayNow, uploading a screenshot as proof. An order is accepted once we have matched your payment. Prices are confirmed by us at the point of order — the figures shown on a device are for display and are re-checked before an order is accepted. Because food and drink are prepared to order, orders cannot be cancelled once accepted.
Alcohol and minimum age
Events where alcohol is served are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. This is the legal minimum drinking age in Singapore. We may ask any guest for photo identification, and our staff will refuse service to anyone who cannot produce it, to anyone under 18, and to anyone who appears intoxicated. Refusal is not negotiable and is not a matter of discretion.
Where a client books an event at which under-18s will be present, that must be told to us in advance so the bar can be planned accordingly. We can run a fully alcohol-free service for any event.
We serve alcohol only at events, in accordance with the licensing that applies at that venue and at that time. We do not sell alcohol for retail or delivery through this site. Where a venue holds the licence, the venue's conditions apply in addition to these terms.
Accounts
Accounts are optional and let you see your own past orders. Keep your sign-in link and email secure; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. We may suspend an account that is being misused.
Our responsibility
We take our obligations seriously and will put right anything we get wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Singapore law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Please tell us in advance about allergies and dietary requirements. We handle common allergens on site and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Your content
The name, brand, text, images and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent. If you send us a brief, a photograph or a reference, you confirm you are entitled to share it with us for that purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
